Terms of service
Last updated 7 November 2026
The service
StartX6 Studio lets you connect YouTube channels you own or manage and publish videos to them, from our dashboard or through our API. It is in early access and currently free.
YouTube
StartX6 Studio uses the YouTube API Services. By using StartX6 Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Everything you publish must follow YouTube's rules, including its Community Guidelines and its policies on spam and misleading metadata.
Your account
- Sign in with a Google account you control, and connect only channels you own or are authorised to manage.
- Keep your API keys secret. Anyone with a key can publish to its channel. Revoke a key as soon as you think it leaked.
- You are responsible for what is published through your account and keys.
Your content
You keep all rights to your videos. You give us permission to store and transmit them only as needed to publish them where you asked. You confirm you have the rights to publish everything you send.
Limits
We may limit how many videos a channel or key can queue or post, and YouTube applies its own limits. A video that cannot be posted is marked failed with the reason.
Not allowed
- Publishing anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, or against YouTube's policies.
- Trying to get around our limits or YouTube's, or to access other users' channels or data.
- Using the API to probe or attack other systems.
Ending use
You can disconnect channels or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or YouTube's, and will say why where we can.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your uploads safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that YouTube will accept every video.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by YouTube or Google on your channel.
Changes and contact
We will update the date above when these terms change and tell signed-in users about material changes. Contact: see the site footer.
